Andrew Latos and Stavroula Latos sold a home at 45-38 Douglaston Parkway in Queens to Paolo Digregorio, Carmela Digregorio, and Vincenzo Digregorio for $1.685 million on Nov. 19.

The 2,196-square-foot house was built in 1935 in Little Neck.

Mr. Latos is partner and founder of the firm, Latos, Latos & DiPippo, which is based in Astoria.

He earned his B.S. in finance from St. John's University in 1985 and his J.D. from Touro Law School in 1988.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,014 home sales in Queens during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $415,000.
