Medical lab supervisor sells 3BD home in Queens

Medium 592e4dacab344de22bacdedd05e16bb1 Roy Dompreh sold a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 142-21 122nd Ave. in Queens to Patrick Agoha and Kehinde Agoha for $260,000 on Feb. 22.

The property was previously acquired for $386,900 in August 2005. The 1,364-square-foot house, built in 1925, is in Baisley Park.

Dompreh is a supervisor at Bio-Reference Laboratories Inc., a firm providing health products, lab and testing services. Previously, he was a supervisor at Mount Sinai Medical Center.
