Jayne Depoint bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome at 21 Dunbridge Heights in Perinton from Laura Gorsky for $131,900 on Feb. 10.

Gorsky paid $125,700 for the property in April 2010. The 1,800-square-foot townhouse was built in 1972.

Depoint is a clinical reviewer at MAXIMUS, a provider of independent medical reviews and quality of care services.

She attended Long Island University-Brooklyn, Rochester State Hospital School of Nursing, St. Francis College and the University of New Haven.

Gorsky is a computer graphics operator at The Berry Company, an online marketing and print advertising company.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 439 home sales in Perinton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $168,000.
