AHL broadcaster buys 4BD home in Ogden

Medium 713776f7fc78ebe5937c6d0d01dec56d Richard J. Seiling and Leslie S. Seiling bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 37 Quail Lane in Ogden from Anna Kostarellis for $252,500 on March 22.

The property was previously acquired for $190,000 in June 2003. The 2,078-square-foot house was built in 2002.

Richard Seiling is a broadcaster for the Rochester Americans in the American Hockey League. Previously, he played for the Buffalo Sabres and Detroit Red Wings in The National Hockey League and for the Adirondack Red Wings in the AHL. He also held coaching positions in the Colonial Hockey League for the Utica Blizzard, in the Ontario Hockey League for the Owen Sound Platers and in the Central Hockey League for San Antonio and the Tulsa Oilers.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 164 home sales in Ogden during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $144,950.
