The 5,358-square-foot house was built in 1964 in Mercer Island North and is located in the Lucas Hill subdivision.

Andrew Precht is a physician specializing in general surgery and transplant surgery at the Swedish Medical Center. He serves as the center's director of the Liver and Pancreas Transplant Program and he is also one of the main developers and surgeons of the Liver Center.

He is a 1991 graduate of the Medical Academy of Gdansk and completed his postdoctoral research fellowship in transplant surgery at the University of California-San Diego.

Lisa Precht is a cosmetic surgeon at Premier Cosmetic Surgery & Medispa. She is also affiliated with the Athenix Body Sculpting Institute.

She attended the University of California Davis Medical School and completed her general surgery residency at the Swedish Medical Center in Seattle.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 231 home sales in Mercer Island during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $810,000.
