Bradley H. Hornburg and his wife, Constance, bought a four-bedroom, three bath at 4 Westfield Lane in Westwood for $557,000 from Dennis Pratte and his wife, Yong, on May 13.

The Prattes paid $450,000 for the property in March 2005.

Betsy Phillips of Coldwell Banker Gundaker real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $619,000 when it appeared on the market in November.

Mr. Hornburg is a managing director and vice president of Benham Constructors, a St. Louis subsidiary of national development firm The Benham Companies. He was hired for the position in Oct. 2006.

He joined the company from Landmark Contract Management in St. Louis, which he founded in 1987. The former member of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers received his bachelor's in civil engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla (1969).

The median sale price in Westwood in 2007 was $500,000, down from $724,000 in 2006.
