Bye Bye Bear.

Former Chicago Bears tight end Greg Olsen has sold his four-bedroom, 4,314-square-foot house in Long Grove for $829,900.
In July, the Bears traded Olsen, 26, to the Carolina Panthers for a draft pick. That prompted Olsen, who had been with the Bears since 2007, to place his house for sale in August for $995,000, although he cut his asking price almost immediately to $949,000.
Olsen took a substantial loss on the home, which he bought in 2007 from its developer for $1.29 million. Built in 2006 and formerly a model home, the multigabled house has 5 1/2 baths, 7-inch crown molding throughout, a gourmet kitchen, a study with custom built-ins and custom lighting, and a 1,670-square-foot, fully finished English basement with a theater, 13-foot bar and wine refrigerator.
