One bedrooms rented for $190, two bedrooms for $295 at "Chicago's Newest Luxury High Rise," complete with air conditioning, "ceramic-tiled" baths with "fully mirrored walls" and "over size medicine cabinets" with "marble-topped vanities."
3930 N. Pine Grove was purchased and converted to condos in 1978 by developer Albert Robin and Wyclif Co. The name was changed to Lake Park Plaza.
