This house has so much square footage. The main floor rooms are all excellent sizes and the kitchen is open to the family room. Upstairs is where you really gain additional footage with 5 bedrooms and an additional office/game/sitting area outside of 2 large bedrooms. The basement is small, but with this much square footage above ground do you need a large basement?
