Former Bull Bill Cartwright and his wife, Sheri, turned a $175,000 profit on this property after owning it from Oct. 2002 to July of last year. Cartwright, who joined the Bulls in 1988, was the center during the team's first three-peat (1991, 1992, 1993). He signed with the Seattle Supersonics in in 1994 and retired after the 1995 season. The California native is currently an assistant coach with the Phoenix Suns.
