Former Browns head coach Butch Davis sold this four-bedroom, five-bath in Moreland Hills in the summer of 2006, two years after he resigned in the middle of the 2004 season after a 38 start. In his four seasons with the Browns he posted a 2435 overall record and led them to the playoffs in 2002. Davis, who had worked as the head coach at the University of Miami before coming to Cleveland, returned to college football in 2006 as the head coach at the University of North Carolina. Last year the Tar Heels finished 8-5 and played in the Meineke Car Care Bowl.
