Former Time Magazine Executive Editor James Keogh owned this house when he passed away in 2006. He began his career at Time as a national affairs writer in 1951 and stepped down as executive editor in 1969 to become special assistant to President Richard M. Nixon. Keogh then became head of the White House speechwriting staff in 1970.
