Tonight Show host who nurtured Newhart and Cosby owned this house

NBCs The Tonight Show host (1957 to 1962) Jack Paar owned this house when he passed away in 2004. Paar had a tremendous influence on the talk-show format and paved the way for future hosts including Johnny Carson and David Letterman. He also had a knack for developing young talent. Among his discoveries were comic legends Bob Newhart and Bill Cosby.
