Chairman emeritus at the Manhattan Institute Charles Brunie owns this house. The Manhattan Institute is a conservative think tank co-founded by former CIA director William Casey. Brunie is also founder of Oppenheimer Capital where he served as chairman from 1969 to 2000. Oppenheimer Capital is an integrated investment management organization that provides its services to pension and profit sharing plans. The firm also manages accounts for high net worth individuals, investment companies, pooled investment vehicles, charitable organizations, model delivery and seed accounts, and state or municipal government entities.
