How low will home prices go?

No one can be sure. The key is to live in the moment. Pull current, up to date comps of homes that exactly match the home of interest. If the home a buyer is interested in has 3 BR's then it is not in that buyers best intereste to compare the home with other homes that only have 2BR's. Comps are only effective if they are an exact match to the subject property.
