Actress, Levin Rambin, grew up in this house. She studied at the Houston School of Film and Theatre and soon after began portraying Lily Montgomery on the long-running soap opera All My Children. Rambin's performance earned her two Daytime Emmy Award nominations. Her father, J. Howard Rambin III, is co-founder of Moody-Rambin, a major player in Houston commercial real estate and her grandfather, J. Howard Rambin Jr., is the former president of Texaco. She is currently starring in the ABC television program Scoundrels.
