First African-American elected in Las Vegas and fourth in NCAA history for career yards owns this house

Former Oakland/Los Angeles Raiders running back, Frank Hawkins Jr. owns this house. He played for the Raiders from 1981 to 1987. The 1997 College Football Hall of Fame inductee ranks fourth in NCAA history for career rushing yards. The University of Nevada alum was the first African-American elected to office in Las Vegas, serving the Las Vegas City Council from 1991 to 1995.
