Another step closer...

Short sales are the market now! Over 60% of our inventory is currently short sales. I have been pleased to see more and more short sales get approved and banks finally getting systems into place to streamline the process. This one started with the bank back on 9/1/09 and is now in its final stages, whereas other listings of mine that started back in april/may/june are at the same stage. It is not even the bank... same bank on these too. Here's to quicker, easier, and more successful short sales!!
