This is the Bonnet House, designed by architect Richard Neutra in 1942. Home is actually a 3/2 in around 1,600 sq/ft - as originally designed and built by Neutra. The main house is a 2/1 per city records. However, Neutra also built a 1/1 attached in-law unit or workshop/work space as part of the the original plans. This space was referenced in the Complete Neutra book (with their estimates of 1,800 sq/ft in total) and in the 1940s Arts and Architecture article. This home has been fully restored by owner Jonathan Anastas and has been featured in various books and magazines.
