I see "Poplar Neighborhood" written on maps when looking at the area East of Broad at Spring Garden. I have never called it Poplar, nor has anyone else I know ever called it Poplar. So, we call it: 1) Northern Liberties West since it shares the same zip code as N. Libs. 19123 2)Spring Garden Area since it is right off of Spring Garden 3) Chinatown North since Chinatown is the largest most popular subdivision just South of this noname area. Callowhill Neighborhood is actually from Vine Street to Green and from Broad to N 6th Street. The phenomenal development taking place on Mount Vernon Street such as 1111 Mount Vernon, Green Street and Wallace Street is worthy of a second look and certainly worth giving it a nice name! L
