This is a solid little fortress of a home that was constructed in the late 1950s. The neighborhood is filled with modest family homes that, for the most part, are very well kept. This area is ripe for gentrification if investors will take notice of its convenient central location and proximity to light rail (existing station at nearby Christown/Spectrum Mall with 19th Avenue extension planned).
