Prominent architect owned this house

San Francisco architect Henry A. Minton owned this house in 1947. He was a major designer and builder of the surrounding San Francisco area. Two San Francisco landmark Bank of Italy (Bank of America) buildings were designed by Minton. He also was architect on numerous projects for the Catholic Church including schools and churches. Minton passed away in 1948.
