Pioneering U.S. Senator owns this house

U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein owns this house. She was elected in 1992 and is the chairwoman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. Feinstein was Mayor of San Francisco from 1978 to 1988. Her firsts include, female mayor of San Francisco (still the only), female U.S. Senator (from California), chairwoman Senate Rules Committe and Senate Intelligence Committee. Feinstein was also the first woman to preside over a U.S. presidential inauguration (Obama).
