There is never going to be a screaming deal in this town. San Francisco is one of the most desirable cities to live in and we have the most unique and prosperous job market in the world the Silicon Valley.

Prices have adjusted downward in the last 3 years and interest rates are at an all time low. This allows qualified buyers that were previously priced out of the market the ability to own their dream home. Sellers who are looking to move up and have equity in their home, can sell their current home at a reasonable price and then buy a better home at an even more reasonable price and lock in to a low interest rate.

This is not a market where investors are looking to make fast money flipping houses but for those in a position to buy the conditions have not been this good in a long time. Buyers this is your screaming deal and it wont last forever.
