Bank of Japan lowers lending rate, what does this mean? This is a sign that Economic Growth for the US is needed on a global level. This will in turn reduce mortgage rates yet again, due to the fact that the US sells off a lot of it's debt to Japan. The borrowing rate the US treasury will now pay will be lowered as we...ll. Great News!
