In July 2005 I sold this Apt Bldg to a condo converter. This was at the height of the condo conversion market here in Miami. Since that time Condos have lost in some places up to 50% of their peak value. Recently Fannie Mae announced a "relaxing" of condo loan guidelines. Is another condo boom about to start in Miami and Miami Beach?
