Indian warehouse head owned this house

William Blake was the superintendent of the U.S. Indian warehouse in 1906 when he owned this house. He was in the City Collector's office from 1888 to 1896. Blake was the nominee for governor on the Labor ticket in 1888 and was chairman of the City Central Republican Committee of St. Louis from 1902-1904.
