Unit D

The floor plan is open and definitely has a unique layout to it. Cutouts that run along the 10 ft. ceilings provide for additional shelf or decoration spaces. This unit has the same construction as the other 4 in the row, but for some reason seems to have more wear and tear. The roof is badly in need of being replaced. Conversations with the owner indicate she is in the process of getting bids to have the job done. All of these units have a tuck under garage that is large enough to accomodate 2 cars, but the odd size of the garage door limits the usefulness and dictates that they be small or compact cars because it is in between an oversized 1 car and 2 car garage door size.
