This 2 bedroom with 2 full baths is very nicely updated with granite counters in the kitchen and slate tile floors. It appears that the original wood floors were refinished on the main living level and the living room also has access to the only balcony in the building. The laundry is tucked into a closet off the kitchen and dining room. One of the full baths is in a rather unique location - the staircase landing halfway up, and this is the only bathroom for general use, as the other bathroom is exclusive to the master suite. Speakers were installed throughout the house and there is also quite a bit of exposed brick in the bedrooms as well as the common living areas that adds to the charm of the home. The master bath has black marble floors and granite vanity tops with vessel style sinks. There is a space above the jetted tub to allow for installation of an LCD TV, and the shower is tiled in Slate with a glass front and door. As with the other units in this building and to the best of my limited knowledge, there could be some possible issues since the original Condo association is no longer in existence and thus the shared wall agreements no longer exist.
