Great Layout

The rooms in this home are large and have lots of original, historic, arch features in place which lends itself to an overall cozy and nice feeling to the home. The back yard is large and allows for plenty of room for parking. The roof does need to be replaced and shows signs of water damage. The furnace and windows appear newer and the mechanicals have been updated. Currently there is no central air conditioning and it could benefit from a lot of needed tuckpointing.
