U-verse makes improvement

So, we signed up for a U-verse package a few months ago excited about 1 box holding all of our recorded shows -from which we could watch on any other TV in the house. But, we couldn't RECORD the shows from those "other TV's". ATT seems to have upgraded the U-verse service, as I discovered yesterday I could record a show from any TV (and watch it on any other TV).
