Furnace went out in early morning, Sunday December 4th, We called four companies until we reached a live person, it was Indoor Comfort Team who answered their phones at around 6 am on Sunday morning, cannot remember the name of the person who answered the phone however at 6am on Sunday morning she still was very friendly and told me she will have Service Tech at my house within the next 2 hours..Amazingly by 9am same morning our Furnace was up and running.Friendly Technician from Indoor Comfort Team, was able to fix it in about 15 minutes after he arrived.St. Louis Website on Homes
